Please note that the early bird booking deadline has now passed.

* Congress 2008 speakers do not need to register for the day they are speaking. If they want to come for a second day, they can book a two day ticket for the price of a one day ticket.

How to register

Press the 'Register' button below to start the booking process. Once you have filled in the short online form you will be passed to the secure Worldpay website to pay for your ticket. We will send a confirmation of your booking to the email address you supply in the form.

We regret that it is not possible to take provisional bookings so only proceed if you intend to book and pay today.
