More than 1,000 members made this year's event one to remember.
This year Physiotherapy UK relocated to Birmingham's International Conference Centre where more than 160 speakers from the UK and beyond presented across a two-day programme.
Sessions took the form of lectures, workshops and the great panel debate on healthcare in a post-Francis world, running alongside the profession's biggest trade exhibition.
A Cabinet of Curiosities: Dr Emma Stokes
Dr Emma Stokes qualified as a physiotherapist in 1990 and is a lecturer in physiotherapy and a Fellow of Trinity College Dublin. She teaches on the university's programmes in Dublin and Singapore.
Having represented the Irish Society for Chartered Physiotherapists internationally for over a decade, she was elected Vice-President of the World Confederation for Physical Therapy in 2011.
Here she recaps her Founders' Lecture 'A Cabinet of Curiosities', illuminating opportunities in physiotherapy and the value of creative thinking. Watch the video above and read the news story on the CSP website.
The Spirit Level: Prof Richard Wilkinson
Professor Richard Wilkinson is the co-author, with Kate Pickett, of award-winning book The Spirit Level, which demonstrates that across the globe more equal societies are happier societies.
Following an enthusiastic reception at Physiotherapy UK, in the video above Professor Wilkinson explains how status inequality can create white-coat hypertension in healthcare and how we can contribute to overall wellbeing.
Professor Wilkinson is co-founder of The Equality Trust, which works to reduce income inequality in order to improve the quality of life in the UK. Read more from his session on the CSP website.
